Snipd: AI Podcast Player is a multimedia platform that aims to provide a better way to interact with online content. This application allows users to enjoy podcasts tailored to their individual interests, thereby enhancing the overall browsing experience.
Providing a range of functionalities, Snipd facilitates users in snipping portions of content and generating transcripts that are easy to navigate. Moreover, it maintains a well-structured personal library of marked content for future use.
Our QAwerk team conducted an extensive bug crawl of Snipd to identify bugs and issues. We are happy to report that we found none. Check out our detailed report below and find out how the application can be further improved by instilling additional quality assurance layers.

- Tap the ‘Telegram’ icon.
- Select a contact or channel to share the podcast with.
- Send the message.
- Verify that the podcast link is displayed in the chat.

Precondition:

- The user is connected to the internet (WiFi or mobile data).
Steps to Reproduce:
- Launch the app.
- Navigate to the home screen.
- Turn off the Internet connection.
- Observe application behavior.
- Turn the Internet connection back on.

The application should display the offline message ‘You are offline, Listen to your downloaded content’. Additionally, the application should resume normal operation once the connection is restored.

Precondition:

- Launch the app.
- Tap the ‘Profile’ section.
- Tap the ‘Settings’ icon.
- Tap the ‘Profile username’ option.
- Tap the ‘Sign out’ button.

Expected Result:
The user should successfully log out of the application, and the login screen should reappear.
Actual Result:

I performed exploratory testing focused on core user flows, including login, podcast subscription and search, queue management, downloads, favorites, snip creation, sharing, network interruption handling, and logout. All tested functionality worked as expected. The application behaved consistently, and no crashes, blocking issues, or functional defects were identified during manual testing.

We tried to find bugs in this product but failed to spot any. While we still believe no software is 100% free of bugs, this app contains no critical or apparent defects that could negatively impact the user experience.
