Bugs Found in Fireflies: AI Notetaker for Android

We at the QAwerk conducted a bug crawl on Fireflies and discovered several glitches that may affect its performance and user experience. We invite you to explore our findings, which could be highly beneficial for enhancing this innovative platform.
‘Help’ floating action button overlapped by system navigation bar

- Select the ‘Integrations’ option.
- Attempt to tap the ‘Help’ floating action button at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
- Observe the result.

The ‘Help’ button is not fully accessible due to it being partially overlapped by the system navigation bar, thereby preventing the user from interacting with it.
Expected Result:
The system navigation bar should not obscure the ‘Help’ floating action button, ensuring the user can access it easily.
‘Profile’ dropdown menu is not fully shown on screen after tapping it

All options within the profile menu (including ‘Settings’, ‘Logout’, etc.) should be completely visible to the user when tapping the ‘Profile’ icon.
Navigation sidebar overlaps ‘Discover’ tab

I performed exploratory testing of the app, focusing on the ‘Profile’, ‘Apps’, and ‘Checkout’ screens. During testing, I identified some issues that complicate navigation and input fields, undermining trust in the app and the overall user experience. I recommend running comprehensive usability tests to resolve these issues and help prevent similar problems in the future.
