Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click the “Sign up” button. 
  2. Mark “Terms & Conditions” checkbox.
  3. Click “Start my journey”. 
  4. Mark the confirmation checkboxes.
  5. Click the “Let’s get started” button.
  6. Enter your date of birth.
Environment:

iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1

Actual Result:

The date of birth value is cut.

Expected Result:

The date of birth value should be displayed completely.

  6. Make sure the validation message under “I accept that you may use the data I share with you, including data relating to my health” is displayed. 
  7. Mark the checkbox.

Actual Result:

The validation message is still displayed under the “Confirmation” checkbox even if the checkbox is marked.

Expected Result:

The validation message should disappear after marking the checkbox.

  4. Mark all checkboxes on the page.
  5. Click the “Let’s get started” button.
  6. Enter an invalid date of birth and an email address in the incorrect format. 
  7. Click the “Next” button.
Environment:

iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1

Actual Result:

The validation message is displayed only under “Your email” field.

Expected Result:

Validation messages should be displayed under all fields with the wrong values.

I didn’t find any critical issues in the application. I recommend paying more attention to the validation messages and adding instructional videos which can help users review the information on different topics faster than reading long articles.
