Infinite loading spinner appears post-expert booking

Precondition:

The user has created an account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the “What can we help you with?” page.
  2. Select “Computer support.”
  3. Select “On-Site support.”
  4. Click the “View all” button.
  5. Enter any data in the “Your address” field.
  6. Click “Save location.”
Environment:

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.4.1

Actual Result:

Nothing happens; the endless loading spinner appears on the screen.

Expected Result:

The booking process should be completed.

App crash after account deletion

Severity:

Major

Precondition:

The user has created an account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the Profile page.
  2. Click on “Personal Information.”
  3. Click the “Delete Account” button.
  4. Click “Yes” to confirm.
  5. Enter any required data and click the “Delete Account” button again.
Environment:

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.4.1

Actual Result:

The app crashes.

Expected Result:

The app should not crash; the user should be logged out.

No validation on "Mobile Number" field

Severity:

Precondition:

The user has opened the app.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click the “Sign Up” button.
  2. Click the “Mobile Number” field.
  3. Enter “0966666666666666666666666666666.”
  4. Fill in all other fields with valid data.
  5. Click the “Create Your Account” button.
Environment:

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17.4.1

Actual Result:

The account is created; there’s no validation.

Expected Result:

A validation message for an incorrect phone number should be displayed.

During testing, I encountered several major issues like app crashes, infinite loading, and a lack of proper validation. I suggest conducting regression testing after each release and incorporating phone number codes in the mobile input field to avoid these problems.
