Our QAwerk team conducted a thorough Bug Crawl on ContentIn, uncovering multiple issues that may affect performance and user satisfaction.

Below are detailed findings intended to guide improvements and enhance overall platform reliability.

Rewritten with AI post title is displayed with HTML tags

Severity:

Major

Precondition:
  1. Log in to the account.
  2. Create a post with a title and schedule it.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click on the “3 dots” menu near the scheduled post.
  2. Click on [Duplicate].
  3. Click on [Rewrite with AI].
  4. Schedule the post.
  5. Go to the “Plan” and observe the post title.
Environment:

Actual Result:

The title is shown inside <p> or tags.

Expected Result:

The title should not display HTML tags.

Page shivers while scrolling to end of scheduled post in Preview mode

  2. Create a post with a title and description over 1000 characters, then schedule it.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click on the “Plan”.
  2. Click on the “Eye” button.
  3. Click “More” on the post.
  4. Scroll to the end of the post.

Page shivers and scrolling are hindered.
