Userbrain is a cloud-based tool, backed by more than 100K highly qualified testers, which helps businesses evaluate customer experiences with websites, applications, products, or services through regular feedback. 

Userbrain is a great choice for UX designers, founders, researchers, and marketers. It shows what users find interesting in your product and which areas require improvement. The main features include issue tracking, customer segmentation, tagging, access control, audience targeting, reporting, task management, and status tracking. The platform offers a free trial that includes 2 testers, 5 sessions, and all important features without the need to provide credit card information. 

Our QA engineers took some time to test Userbrain. Read on to learn more about the bugs we found in this product.

No “Hide/Show password” button on “Login” form

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the https://dashboard.userbrain.com/register link.
  2. Click the “Hide/Show password” button in the “Password” field. 
  3. Click the “Login” button in the top right. 
  4. Look for the “Hide/Show password” button in the “Password” field.

Actual Result:

The “Hide/Show password” button is displayed on the “Registration” form, but not on the “Login” form.

Expected Result:

The “Hide/Show password” button should be displayed on both forms.

User can’t close “Purchase 30 credits” form by clicking empty space

Precondition:

The user is logged in.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the https://dashboard.userbrain.com/account link. 
  2. Click the “Team” button. 
  3. Click the “Add team member” button and click empty space on the page. 
  4. In the “Card details” section click the “Add” button and then click the empty space on the page. 
  5. Click the “Buy credits” button. 
  6. Click the “Purchase 30 credits” button and click the empty space on the page.

Actual Result:

The form was not closed.

Expected Result:

The form should be closed.

Empty link on “Credit Packs” page

Severity:

Minor

Precondition:

The user is logged in.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the https://dashboard.userbrain.com/account link. 
  2. Click the “Buy credits” button. 
  3. Click the ”Contact sales” link.
Environment:

Windows 10 x64
Chrome v.110.0.5481.178 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Firefox 110.0
Edge v.110.0.1587.63

Actual Result:

Nothing happens after clicking the link.

Expected Result:

The link should be opened successfully.

I found several minor issues during manual testing. I’d recommend adding a hide/show password feature to the login form and running regression testing after each new release.
