GetInsured’s main goal is to help users compare and choose the right health insurance plans, understand what’s covered, and make smart decisions about their healthcare.

"Benefits consultants" link in footer redirects to 404 Not Found page

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the “GetInsured” landing page.
  2. Scroll down to the footer.
  3. Click on the “Benefits consultants” link.
  4. Note that the “Benefits consultants” link in the footer redirects the user to a 404 Not Found page.

The “Benefits consultants” link in the footer redirects the user to a 404 Not Found page.

Expected Result:

When the user clicks on “Benefits consultants,” the “Benefits Consultants” page should open.

"Complaint form" in Privacy Policy redirects to 404 Not Found page

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the “GetInsured” landing page.
  2. Scroll down the page and click on “Privacy Policy.”
  3. Scroll to the “Complaint Form” section in the Privacy Policy.
  4. Click on the “Complaint Form.”
  5. Note that the “Complaint Form” in the Privacy Policy redirects users to a 404 Not Found page.

Link to “Research from The Commonwealth Fund” cannot be opened due to 403 error

  1. Open the GetInsured application.
  2. Click on “Solutions.”
  3. Select “States.”
  4. Scroll down the page to the “Why State-Based Marketplace” block.
  5. Click on “Research from The Commonwealth Fund.”
  6. Notice that the “Research from The Commonwealth Fund” link cannot be opened due to a 403 error (permission access).
