Bugs‌ ‌found‌ ‌in‌ DeckLinks SaaS

DeckLinks

DeckLinks helps sales teams achieve effective communication and deliver exceptional customer experience.

One can captivate their viewers with engaging presentations in 3 simple steps: upload a PDF file, add audio/video narration, and share a trackable link. The platform provides advanced tools like real-time engagement analytics to show sales teams what buyers are actually doing with their sales decks and presentations, and what content drives engagement and enables sales.

QAwerk engineers have extensive experience in testing SaaS products, so we wanted to check if DeckLinks could pass our quality assurance test. Here are our findings!

I didn’t face a lot of critical issues during testing. My recommendation is to add the ability to move to the previous slide using the left arrow during recording. It would also be useful to create a specific alert so that the user gets notified about uploading an inappropriate file to the system.
