Rindle

Rindle is a work automation platform, allowing teams to manage processes efficiently. Unlike a typical project management solution, Rindle focuses not only on projects but also on processes and ways to automate the monotonous routine. The latter can be easily achieved with Rindle’s rules that do not even require any coding expertise. Rindle users can create as many rules as they need, choosing from more than 20 pre-built triggers. What’s more, actions triggering rules have conditions, which adds flexibility to implement exactly what one needs. Mirrors is another distinctive feature of this innovative SaaS product. The Mirrors functionality makes it possible to have the same task on multiple boards simultaneously. Apart from several unique features, Rindle offers the must-haves like collaboration tools, progress tracking, notifications, and permissions. The platform also integrates with some of the most popular apps like Slack, Salesforce, and Mailchimp.

Having solid expertise in testing SaaS products, we continuously monitor the market for new, promising products that can impact the way we work and live. With its focus on building understandable and comfortable workflows, Rindle caught our interest. As a sign of support, we thoroughly tested the platform to help Rindle become even more competitive and appealing to consumers.

Rindle is a handy app for building custom workflows effortlessly. What makes it convenient is that Rindle centralizes info from the apps the user already has. While testing, I found some issues that are not critical and do not affect the main functionality but may leave a negative first impression and add unnecessary frustration in the user journey. For instance, missing form validation, disabled buttons, non-existent pages - all these are quite common bugs, yet Rindle would feel much better without them.
