Bugs‌ ‌found‌ ‌in‌ Made4Fighters for iOS

Made4Fighters

4.5

Made4Fighters is a popular online store selling boxing, martial arts, and combat sports gear, equipment, and accessories. They don’t limit the range to those only: one can find fitness equipment as well. It is a one-stop-shop for all sports fans as it is one of the biggest sporting goods retailers in the UK, with more than 80 000 customers.

Made4Fighters has a website as well as iOS and Android apps. The apps are extremely convenient, but not when there are some nasty bugs. We decided to check Made4Fighters’s iOS app for bugs to find out how the customer experience can be improved.

Made4Fighters mobile app is indeed an easy way to make your order on the go. The application has the same functionality as the website, and the user data is synchronized. Ecommerce mobile solutions are a must these days; however, they require a decent amount of testing and QA hours to make them fully polished. Made4Fighters is designed with a consumer in mind; however, such bugs as inaccessible account settings, a missing return policy, inability to see the price while checking out add unnecessary friction to the user journey and make the whole shopping experience less satisfying.
