With features like custom dashboards, task automation, and financial forecasting, Djaboo helps small and medium-sized enterprises streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Our QAwerk team carried out a rigorous Bug Crawl on Djaboo to test the accuracy, stability, and polish of key modules, including Expenses, Localization, and Navigation. While the platform displays solid performance and functional depth, a few issues were observed that could affect reliability and user perception.

Below are our detailed findings.

Incorrect success message on CSV import

Precondition:
  1. User logged in.
  2. Navigated to Expenses → Import.
  3. Invalid test CSV file ready.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Log in to Djaboo.
  2. Go to Expenses → Import.
  3. Upload malformed CSV (e.g., invalid date format or missing required fields).
  4. Click Import and monitor the displayed message.
  5. Verify records under Expenses → All Expenses.
Environment:

Actual Result:

The green “Total Imported: 10” success message appears, but no records are added.

Expected Result:

If validation fails, the system should show a warning, e.g., “Import failed – no valid records detected,” instead of success.

Sidebar briefly collapses and expands during navigation

Minor

Precondition:
  1. User logged into the system.
  2. The sidebar is visible.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Log in to Djaboo.
  2. Open sidebar (Dashboard, Customers, etc.).
  3. Click any menu item.
  4. Observe sidebar animation during transition.
Environment:

OS: Windows 10
Chrome 140, Firefox 142.0.1, Edge 140.0.3485.66

Actual Result:

Sidebar collapses and quickly re-expands every time, causing a visible flicker.

Expected Result:

Sidebar should remain stable; collapse only when explicitly toggled.

Tooltips and UI text remain untranslated (French language visible under English settings)
