The Fruitlab app has successfully passed the QA test. Here is where we tried to catch bugs but failed to find any.

  1. Switch to the “Chats tab” on the left bottom side of the page.
  2. Click “Users”.
  3. Make sure that users are displayed in the alphabetical order.
  4. Search for one of the users.

Expected Result:

The result list matches the search criteria.

Actual Result:

Bug not found.

No bugs found after posting photo

Precondition:

The user’s account has been created.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click the “Posting” icon at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Select the “Photo” option.
  3. Take a photo.
  4. Add a description.
  5. Click the “Post Photo” button.
Environment:

iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1

Expected Result:

A new post with the description is displayed in the user’s profile.

Actual Result:

Bug not found.

No bugs found after deleting sent message

Precondition:
  1. The user’s account has been created.
  2. The user is on the “Chats” page.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Switch to the “Users” tab.
  2. Select any user from the list.
  3. Send some message to the user.
  4. Hold the message.
  5. Select the “Delete message” option.
Environment:

Expected Result:

“You deleted this message” notification is displayed.

Actual Result:

Bug not found.

No bugs found after trying to repost already reposted post

Precondition:
  1. The user’s account has been created.
  2. The user has at least one reposted post.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the user’s wall with the posts.
  2. Click on the already reposted post.
  3. Click “Repost”.
  4. Confirm reposting on the pop-up: “Repost this content? It will be shared with all your followers.”

Expected Result:

“You already reposted this post on [reposting date]” pop-up is displayed.

Actual Result:

No bugs found after creating and activating playlist

Precondition:
  1. The user’s account has been created.
  2. The user is on the “Accounts” profile.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click the “Create Playlist” button.
  2. Fill in the “Playlist Title” field.
  3. Fill in the “Display Order” field.
  4. Upload a photo.
  5. Click the “Save & Continue” button.
  6. Make sure that the created playlist is not displayed in the “User” profile.
  7. Navigate to “Menu”.
  8. Click “Playlists”.
  9. Activate the created playlist.
  10. Switch to the “User” profile.

Expected Result:

The created playlist is displayed in the “User” profile.

Actual Result:

No bugs found after trying to donate bigger number of pips than user has

Precondition:

The user’s account has been created.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the “My Account” tab.
  2. Click the “Donate” button.
  3. Search for the existing player.
  4. Enter a number of PIPS bigger than the number of PIPS that the user has.
  5. Fill in the “Message” field.
  6. Make sure that the “Terms & Conditions” checkbox is marked.
  7. Click the “Donate” button.

“You have insufficient PIPS” pop-up is displayed.

No bugs found after commenting video

Precondition:

The user’s account has been created.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the “Videos” tab.
  2. Click on the “Comment” icon.
  3. Write a comment and send it.

Expected Result:

The comment has been added under the video; the number of comments is increased.

No bugs found after adding social networks

Precondition:

The user’s account has been created.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the “Account” menu.
  2. Click “Edit Socials”.
  3. Enter your username to each of the social networks.
  4. Click the “Save” button.

Expected Result:

“My Socials” list has been successfully updated after entering and saving new data.

Actual Result:

Bug not found.

No bugs found after restoring all data after password reset

Precondition:

The user’s account has been created.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to the “User’s profile menu.
  2. Click “Log out”.
  3. Confirm logging out.
  4. Click the “Forgotten password” link under the “Sign in” button.
  5. Enter an email address of an existing user.
  6. Click the “Send email” button.
  7. Enter a verification code sent by the email.
  8. Click the “Reset my password” button.
  9. Enter a new password.
  10. Confirm the new password.
  11. Click the “Update password” button.
  12. Make sure that the “Password successfully updated.” pop-up is displayed.
  13. Click “OK”.
  14. Try to log in using the new credentials.

The user is logged in successfully; the data is saved.

No bugs found after playing daily streak

Precondition:
  1. The user’s account has been created.
  2. At least one daily streak is available for the user.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Click the “Daily Streak” icon in the top right corner.
  2. Click “Spin”.
  3. Pay attention to the number of PIPS that you won.
Environment:

iPhone X, iOS 15.3.1

Expected Result:

The number of PIPs is added to the current number in the user’s profile (if the user has won some additional PIPS).

Actual Result:

Bug not found.

During testing, I didn’t find any critical issues. The application is stable and fully performs its function.
