Justuno integrates with leading e-commerce, ESP, and data platforms, including Shopify, Shopify Plus, BigCommerce, Magento, and others. Leveraging its advanced targeting capabilities and robust analytics, businesses can effectively engage with website visitors, boost conversion rates, and gain customer insights.

Our SaaS testing team got curious about Justuno, so we decided to examine it closely. Continue reading to discover the issues we uncovered during our evaluation of this product.

Analytics freeze on landing, exit, source, or country selection

Severity:

Precondition:
  1. The user has created an account.
  2. There are no website statistics available.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Justuno application.
  2. Log in to your Justuno account.
  3. Click on the Analytics tab.
  4. Select any type of analytics from the list: Landing, Exit, Source, or Country.
  5. Note that the Analytics feature gets stuck in an infinite loading loop when attempting to select Landing, Exit, Source, or Country analytics.

Actual Result:

Analytics get stuck in an infinite loading when trying to select Landing, Exit, Source, or Country analytics types.

Expected Result:

Users should be informed that there are no results, similar to how other types of analytics function.

Analytics types lock after visitor switcher change

Severity:

Major

Precondition:
  1. The user has created an account.
  2. There are no website statistics available.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Justuno application.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on the Analytics tab.
  4. Choose any analytic type: Landing, Exit, Source, or Country.
  5. Click on “New” or “Returning.”
  6. Attempt to change the Analytics type.
  7. Observe that users cannot select a different analytics type after choosing Landing, Exit, Source, or Country, and changing the visitor switcher.

The user can’t select other analytics types after choosing Landing, Exit, Source, or Country analytics, and changing the visitor switcher.

Expected Result:

The user should have the ability to select any type of analytics.

Emails from email column don't align with column replacement

Severity:

Minor

Precondition:

The user has created an account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Justuno application.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on the “Profile” icon.
  4. Select “Team Management.”
  5. Replace the “Email” column with the “Edit Member” column.
  6. Observe that emails from the email column do not align with the column replacement.

Emails from the email column do not match the column replacement.

Expected Result:

Emails should align with the column header after replacement, just like other columns.

"Today" button selects next day

Severity:

Minor

Precondition:

The user has created an account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Justuno application.
  2. Log in.
  3. Navigate to A/B Tests.
  4. Choose “Create New A/B Test.”
  5. Select “Today” for the Start or End date.
  6. Attempt to select “Today” again for the Start or End date.
  7. Observe that the “Today” button advances to the next day if “Today” was previously selected for the Start or End date.

The “Today” button selects the next day if the “Today” date was previously chosen for the Start or End date.

Expected Result:

The user should have the option to configure A/B tests for either just one day or for just a few hours.

LinkedIn icon's clickable zone is covered by “Chat” button

Severity:

Trivial

Precondition:

The user has opened the application.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Justuno application.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  3. Attempt to click on the “LinkedIn” icon.
  4. Observe that the clickable zone of the LinkedIn icon is obscured by the “Chat” button.

Severity:

Trivial

Precondition:

The user has created an account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open the Justuno application.
  2. Log in.
  3. Click on the Analytics tab.
  4. Select any type of analytics (e.g., Dashboard).
  5. Examine the background colors of the “Settings,” “Date ranges,” and “Arrow.”
  6. Observe that the background colors of “Date ranges” and “Settings” differ from the application’s colors.

After conducting a round of tests, I found no critical bugs, only a couple of minor issues, and a few major ones. I recommend using this app for businesses to maximize revenue and accelerate growth.
