Bugs‌ ‌Found‌ ‌in‌ Flow XO SaaS: ‌QAwerk‌ ‌Bug‌ ‌Crawl‌

Flow XO

Flow XO is a tool that allows the fast-paced creation of automated chatbots. This SaaS application facilitates seamless customer communication and engagement across multiple sites and social media platforms.

Apart from providing communication channels, Flow XO also gathers valuable insights into consumer behavior and market trends. The chatbots generate questions and survey your customers. You can also integrate other mailing apps like MailChimp to your Flow XO directory.

Since the Flow XO is gaining popularity, we decided to test the platform’s features for bugs, and here are our findings.

Websocket errors appear in the console on the “Admin Dashboard” page

Requires a registered account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Visit the site https://flowxo.com/.
  2. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
  3. Enter login credentials.
  4. Open the ‘Console’ tab of the Dev Tools browser.

Actual Result:

After the user enters their credentials, they are redirected to the admin dashboard. Websocket errors appear in the Console.

Expected Result:

The errors should be investigated and fixed.

Users cannot delete an account from the admin dashboard

Precondition:

Requires a registered account.

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Visit the site https://flowxo.com/.
  2. Click the ‘Sign In’ button.
  3. Enter login credentials.
  4. Click the ‘User’ icon > ‘Profile’.
  5. Scroll to the bottom.
  6. Click the ‘Delete’ button.
  7. Enter ‘Delete Account’ text.

Actual Result:

The ‘Delete’ button is disabled.

Expected Result:

The ‘Delete’ button is active after entering the text.

White space block appears beneath the footer.

Expected Result:

The white space should not appear.

Flow XO is a user-oriented communication tool with chatbox features for consumer engagement. While using the platform, I discovered WebSocket errors in the console. I also found out that I couldn’t delete my account. In the absence of these bugs, the platform is quite useful for communication.
