Bugs found in YAYZY Track Carbon Footprint for iOS: QAwerk Bug Crawl
The YAYZY Track Carbon Footprint is a customizable tool that tracks an individual’s carbon footprint. The app works with your bank to detect the real-time carbon emission of every purchase.
While tracking your carbon footprint, the YAYZY app recommends alternatives to offset these emissions. It also gives you updates on eco-friendly retailers. This app is available on iOS alone and uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your bank data.

- Open the application.
- Press the ‘Login’ button.
- Select any login option.
- Press ‘Continue’ > ‘Skip’.
- Press the ‘Link Your bank’ button.
- Press the ‘Cancel’ button.

Actual Result:
The application stops working, and the ‘loading’ animation appears. After restarting the application, this issue persists, and the user cannot continue using the app.
Expected Result:
Need to investigate the critical issue. The application should relaunch successfully after restarting the app. The user should be able to continue using the app.

- Open the application.
- Perform any action (Press a button or visit any page).
- Close the application.

Actual Result:
The loading (splash) screen is displayed, but the application doesn’t open.
Expected Result:
The application should launch successfully, and the user should be able to use the app.
The user cannot send the ‘Forgotten password?’ email. The ‘Get authorization code’ button doesn’t work.

Steps to Reproduce:
- Open the Application.
- Press the ‘Login’ icon in the footer.
- Press the ‘Forget your password?’ text.
- Enter the registered email.
- Press the ‘Get authorization code’ button.

Actual Result:
The email is not delivered.
Expected Result:
The email should be sent to the user’s inbox, and an ‘email sent’ pop-up should appear.
