Bugs found in Dopple.AI for iOS

Key features of Dopple include the ability to design and personalize your own chatbots, participate in unlimited messaging without any cost, and explore a vast array of chatbots. Our team at QAwerk recently tested Dopple for iOS and discovered a few bugs that could impact performance and user experience. We’re excited to share our findings and offer recommendations to help enhance the platform’s functionality and overall user satisfaction.
User logs into deleted account

Precondition:
The user has created an account.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Click on the ‘Profile’ icon.
- Click the “Delete Account” button.
- Click the “Yes” option.
- Log in to the same account with the same credentials.
Environment:
Device: iPhone 13 Pro
iOS : 17.4.1
Actual Result:
The user is logged into a deleted account.
Expected Result:
The user should not be able to log in to a deleted account.
No message displayed when logging in with no internet connection

Steps to Reproduce:
- Click on the ‘Profile’ icon.
- Click the “Delete Account” button.
- Click the “Yes” option.
- Log in to the same account with the same credentials.

The user was logged in to a deleted account.

The user should not be able to log in to a deleted account.
User cannot return to chat after clicking “View Profile” button

The user has created an account.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Open any chat from the “Trending Now” section.
- Click the 3 dots icon in the top right.
- Click the “View Profile” button.
- Try to come back to chat.
Environment:
Device: iPhone 13 Pro

Actual Result:
The user cannot return to chat and must reopen it from the Home page.
Expected Result:
The user should be able to return to chat with one click.
During testing of Dopple.AI, I identified several functional bugs impacting the account login process. To ensure a seamless user experience and reliable performance, it's crucial to conduct thorough regression testing after each release. This approach will help catch and resolve issues early, maintaining the high quality and functionality of the app.
