Application crashes when scrolling through calendar months

Severity:

Critical

Precondition:
  1. App installed.
  2. User logged in.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Launch CRMOne.
  2. Access the side menu.
  3. Navigate to ‘Calendar.’
  4. Scroll backward through months.
  5. Scroll forward through months.
Environment:

Device: Poco F4 (Android 13)

Actual Result:

App crashes unexpectedly while scrolling calendar months.

Expected Result:

Scrolling through calendar months should remain smooth, without crashes.

App crashes when selecting today’s date during contact creation

Severity:

Critical

Precondition:
  1. App installed.
  2. Logged into account.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open app.
  2. Tap ‘+’ button.
  3. Select ‘Contact’.
  4. Input email, first name, last name.
  5. Tap ‘Birth Date’.
  6. Select today’s date.
Environment:

Device: Poco F4 (Android 13)

Actual Result:

App crashes immediately upon selecting today’s date.

Expected Result:

Contact creation usually proceeds, even with today’s date.

App crashes upon quick task creation

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Launch CRMOne.
  2. Tap ‘+’ at screen bottom.
  3. Select ‘Tasks’.

Actual Result:

Application crashes with an error.

Expected Result:

Task creation menu opens smoothly, avoiding crashes.

“Deal Value” field won’t accept typed decimal separator

Severity:

Major

Precondition:
  1. App installed.
  2. User logged in.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Navigate to ‘Create Deal.’
  2. Tap on ‘Deal Value.’
  3. Attempt to type decimal value (e.g., 258.55).
Environment:

Device: Poco F4 (Android 13)

Actual Result:

Decimal separator is ignored (displays 25855). Pasting a decimal works correctly, however.

Expected Result:

Field should acknowledge typed decimal separators and store them accurately.

“Inbox” section shows incorrect tab count

Severity:

Precondition:

  2. User logged in.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open CRMOne.
  2. Go to the “Inbox” page.
  3. Select the “View more (6)” tab.
Environment:

Actual Result:

Only 2 items appear in the dropdown instead of 6.

Expected Result:

The dropdown should display all 6 items indicated by “View more (6).”

Partially Ukrainian date labels in “Due Time” selector despite English localization

Mixed Ukrainian/English date labels, e.g., “In 1 month (квітень 13).”

Expected Result:

Entirely English text if English is the chosen localization.

Inconsistent back gesture support across pages

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Launch app.
  2. Tap ‘+’ button.
  3. Select ‘Scan Business Card’.
  4. Perform a back gesture.

Actual Result:

Back gesture fails to return user to the dashboard.

Expected Result:

Gesture smoothly navigates the user back to the main screen.

Swipe gestures do not switch tabs on Inbox page

  2. Go to ‘Inbox’.
  3. Attempt to swipe left/right to switch tabs.

Tabs remain unchanged when swiping.

Expected Result:

Swipe gestures should let users switch between tabs smoothly.

‘Notifications’ time format inconsistent with system language & formatting

  3. A new deal has been created.
Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Launch app.
  2. Open ‘Notifications’ tab.
  3. Note displayed time format (example: ‘11:27 вечора’).

Actual Result:

Mix of English and Ukrainian, ignoring 24-hour or localized format.

Expected Result:

Follows system settings (e.g., 24-hour format) or consistent English if chosen.

‘Notifications’ time format inconsistent with system language & formatting
